I would always use Bensons.
We were looking for furniture for our first home and Maxine was incredibly helpful. She helped us figure out what was best for us and was extremely supporting and approachable. Maxine was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us to ensure we had the best deals. If I was to buy again, I would always use Bensons.

Great service, purchase and value for money
Purchased very comfortable super king-size double mattress, stylish bed frame and divan base with draws. Service was excellent, very knowledgeable with humour and Karen made sure we got value for money. As we picked up the goods we needed assistance with moving/loading and on this aspect the store went over and above which was very much appreciated. Great service and purchase all round 👍

Great Company & People
Me and my friend purchased some beds and sofa beds recently from the Broadstairs location. The whole process was fantastic from start to finish! I believe the man we spoke to was called David...but he gave us a great quote, printed it out, amazing communication, delivery times, he really cared! So thank you again, it honestly made this such a smooth process, when you think of how stressful it can be to move house. Highly recommend on the people and the products, realkly comfy and well built :)

Met by a very helpful assistant Kyle who showed us around the store, listening to our enquiries and not once did we feel pressured or harrased
We made our purchases, we were given the options avaliable for payment and added additional items that really made our visit very pleasant and uplifting
We have since gone online to purchase yet more products. This young man in your Westwood Cross store is an asset and great ambassador for the company

Excellent service.
I have just purchased a new bed base, headboard and mattress from Bensons for beds. I was assisted by Kyle at the Westwood branch. He was very polite, courteous and helpful, he listened to me and helped me choose a mattress suitable for my bad back. All in all Kyle was excellent in customer service 👏 I will be in need of another mattress soon so will be returning. Thank you Bensons for beds and Kyle for all your help.
