I would have given five stars due to the second delivery but due to my experience this is why …

Our mattress was a huge 6ft with a gel topper so pretty cumbersome and heavy.
The first two guys anrrived and didn’t look as if they were confident to take the mattress up the stairs. I tried to explain that we had purchased a similar mattress 7 years previously and that it was taken upstairs perfectly, I wouldn’t say easily, but it was done.
They were concerned about the metal surround of the mattress and were not happy about the thought of damaging the mattress as this would be detrimental to their jobs. They were happy to force it up but wanted me to sign a disclaimer.
I was very disappointed that the delivery couldn’t take place, but was also sympathetic to the guys concerns.
I contacted the store that we purchased it from and they were very helpful and informed me that they would get back to me asap.
To their word they did, and assured me that the said mattress would in fact be delivered later in the day by a different team.
Annoyingly this was to be around 5pm, after the mattress had been picked up by the second team.
Finally, the mattress arrived by two fabulous guys, they knew exactly what they were doing, they were professional, considerate and fast. They were experienced at moving large items and were confident.
As a suggestion to Bensons, if they know certain larger items might be problematic to some members of their delivery staff, give those type of orders to the more experienced chaps, then smaller items, or simpler deliveries to the less experienced guys. This would save everyone lots of time.
To summarise I would order again from Bensons, the staff at the store were helpful and sorted the problem quickly.

Sadly the mattress that seemed promising in the shop has not relieved the intense lower back, hip and knee pain that I get during sleep so it seems I have wasted my money.

From start to finish , benson for beds were very good, kept in touch with me and delivered within the time schedule. Put bed in the room to be installed in. Thank you all.

Only moan is the amount of e mails between sales and delivery. Not necessary.

Sales process was seamless on visiting Broadstairs and initially had fantastic interaction with Tyrell who developed our understanding of range available.

We stepped out for a coffee to discuss then returned and with Tyrell indisposed then was greeted by Maxine and matters progressed to a purchase, with additional input from the Store Manager, Mark.

On return to home, reviewed receipt which gave to an enquiry which was managed efficiently by Tyrell on the phone, with a full explanation provided

Couldn’t fault them! From the purchasing to the delivery and assembly the team were great!

The two visits we made to Benson's Beds were welcoming, informative, friendly but professional.
On our 1st visit - We were given excellent data on beds which were thought to be useful to us.
On our 2nd visit again we were welcomed by Tyrell shown again beds we could be interested in and left alone to peruse. On our decision all the paperwork explained and was done for purchase and interest free credit. Delivery guys were great too

I’m very happy with my purchase from Bensons for Beds. Communication throughout was excellent and delivery was smooth and well organised. The delivery guys were great — friendly, efficient, and respectful of my home.
A special mention to Graham at the Westwood Cross branch, who was absolutely fabulous. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole buying process really easy.
Overall, a really positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Bensons for beds shop staff are fantastic so helpful, friendly and just lovely.
The delivery team didn't want to carry the tempur mattress upstairs saying it will snap because it was cold , had to get someone else to carry it up the same morning and surprise foam didn't snap

Excellent advice and very pleased with the bed.
