We Was sold a superking ottoman bed with built in tv and told several times the bed would be constructed upon delivery. We rechecked this and was told not to worry, We were told the installers would show us how everything works, how to raise and use the tv that was built in and we then proceeded with the sale. When the bed was delivered the delivery men knew nothing about this and told us to contact the store, we contacted the store and the gentleman who sold us the bed actually answered and admitted this was his mistake and will do what he can to rectify this issue. We were happy with this. A couple of days later the store manager called us and told us even though it was his mistake there was nothing she could do from here and to contact customer services.. We felt very let down at store level and being a store manager myself i would take full responsibility and go above and beyond to sort this issue out, she did remind us he was still in training which we understand but feel this potentially reflects his training and in this scenario i would not be allowing someone without the correct training to oversee a sale of £4449 by themselves..
We are now only days away from moving in to our dream house and at this time if the company cannot find fitters to build the bed or we cannot find someone to do this (bensons will reimburse the costs) we have the prospect of sleeping on a sofa for the foreseeable future. I hope a quick resolution can be found and hope this is not a common occurrence and would like to reiterate the gentleman who made the sale was very polite friendly and professional though out our experience and wish him all the best with his Bensons career.

Arrived within timeframe drivers were quick and efficient and friendly

We were not rushed into making a decision, in fact, we visited 3 times before making a purchase.

The knowledge Julian showed in helping us choose the right bed. He took time to work out the combination so we could get it delivered early to allow our daughter to stay at our house to recover from major surgery . Well done.

Glen and Paul were very courteous and respectful of our property. We were given a call first thing confirming approximate delivery time and then a call 10 minutes prior to delivery. This is the second time I have used Bensons for Beds and would definitely recommend them

We bought 2 pillows at £75 each , unfortunately one was a back sleeper and we wanted a side sleeper. Went to return it today and it was refused stating due to hygiene purposes. Very annoyed at loosing £75 ! It had been tested in store but was given the wrong one .
