Bensons were efficient and kept us informed on delivery time. The drivers very helpful and also put bed together for us even though that wasn't part of their job.

Browsing alone.
I was left to browse alone until I indicated that I wanted help from an assistant. She was absolutely excellent, giving me all the help and information I required to make my mind up about my purchase. I wish more shops/retail outlets would do the same.

Of product. Once
we were looking for directed us to possible solutions. Then gave us the key salient points and then left us alone to discuss. Answered our subsequent questions and informed us how to compare. Not pushy or hard sell
