Bensons For Beds - Chelmsford1 Opiniões

My mum and I visited the store a few weeks ago and what a smooth & enjoyable experience it was. From the moment upon entering the store, Denislava could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. Not only did she have a great knowledge of the products available she went out of her way to assist and support without putting any pressure to purchase. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for beds (and/or bedroom furniture) Thank you so much Denislava for everything!

The gentlemen knew what he was talking about and was very thorough explaining every thing to my parents
Very good experience

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff member. Good range of beds and although had a rough idea of what was wanted, staff member went over and beyond

Great deal, great service...highly recommended.
Tony Springfield Chelmsford.

Note: The Chelmsford Store has relocated to Riverside Retail Park, which is nearer to the City Centre.
Great range of products on show with multiple combination of choices (bed/mattress/ headboard) at competitive prices.
Best thing about the visit was the salesperson (Adam).
He was welcoming and friendly without being over-burdening. He allowed us to browse freely, without following us around (a definite "NO, NO" for me, so that was a BIG bonus), but he was always available to provide guidance and advice when needed, which turned out to be A LOT. Eventually found the perfect combination. Adam then handled the purchasing process very professionally. Left feeling very happy.

Helpful, quick and never at any point did I feel pressured into purchasing anything. Also they didn’t want to upsell me a bed which is refreshing.

My assistant Paul was Extremely polite and knowledgeable, I experienced good old fashion service.

Benson for beds Chelmsford (now moved to Riverside Retail Park).
Bought Ottoman bed, mattress and some accessories after excellent service from Paul. He spent considerable time testing our preferences, showing us budget, mid and high end options. Nothing was too much trouble. He was knowledgeable, polite, professional and gave us confidence in going ahead and making a purchase when we’d actually only gone in to begin a search for a new bed!! With the discounts applied by Paul we feel we have made the right choice of bed and mattress, and got good value for money.

Clear guidance, considered all the options, happily showed different features of bed. Compared and contrasted different beds and mattresses and was clear on the price points

Showroom was easy to navigate with comprehensive information about each bed/mattress. Staff were knowledgeable and supportive.

It is important however to let prospective purchasers have space and time to decide, without hovering nearby.

Adam was very helpful, and patient with my on slaught of questions.
Helped us achieve our goals without going over the budget.
Having gone next door to compare your neighbouring competitor, it didn't take very long to realise which site was offering the better service and price.
Happy to recommend this branch to anyone in the Chelmsford area who needs to replace their bed/mattress. Excellent.

Very easy and not pestered by the staff but was very helpful

Nice greeting and a very helpful staff but no pressure at all, await our purchase.

I was greeted on arrival and offered assistance. Having explained what I was looking for, I was shown a variety of options and talked through everything. I found the sales assistant to be helpful without being pushy.

The service was great, no pushy sales person
