Ordered a bed on 27th December, paid in full, £2721.48 agreed delivery 5th Feb, call 4th to say delayed till 10th, on 10th contacted store to be told not available will be 19th Feb, requested order cancelled as do not trust new date as manufacturing issue, Still not received refund, so having to sleep on mattress on the floor, no bed and no refund. All the store and customer services say is sorry!

Paul at the Chelmsford branch was very helpful in explaining the various types of beds and mattresses and the benefits and features of each to help me buying a bed for the first time. There was so much choice and options but it was helpful to see the wide variety in person, go through the various options and also have delivery delayed in time for my new home.

All well until paid in full, assembly (also paid for) utter shambles. Two things are important for the product to be enjoyed by the customer - headboard at the correct end of the bed and the mattress (not turnable - just rotatable). Simple - not rocket science. Both these important assembly essentials done WRONG. The divan base was replaced five weeks later and only with supervision was installed correctly. I was made to feel by Customer Services as if I had been done a favour when in fact the company were duty bound to replace the divan base as they had damaged it. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience of having to get help clearing the room twice, and waiting five weeks to get back to normal.

Was expecting diliverd of new bed. Had drive clear back double gates open french windows open. Van arived they did not knock just all piled out and started unloading up the road carrying all three items trying to squeeze round motor home to front door. Redirected them round the open side of house where they proceeded to come round back and just drop the mattress on its side on filthy dirty concrete then drag it through french windows open and across carpet putting dirty mucky water on a beige carpet I also asked where feet to bed were told in draw came to assemble when they left to find four missing and two head board fixings missing could not assemble due to this and had to go to the shop to pick up.The service in the shop when choosing and purchasing was excellent. The service from the shop on getting me the parts was excellent. Can not falt any member of staff in the shop its self. Just their delivery service is questionable . Unfortunately the shop staff have no say over this as it comes from the main warehouse That’s why 2 star rating. They let the store down.

Always plenty of staff, who smile and acknowledge you which is nice. We went back a couple of times before making a decision, and each time, the staff where very knowledgeable. The only thing missing is when payment, etc, being made the offer of a cuppa would have been appreciated.
