Very helpful staff. Wide choice of beds and mattresses and good advice given

My partner and I had in mind a bed that we found on the website and was going to order it ourselves online. HOWEVER, we are so so happy we went into the store and was assisted by a lovely women named Lisa! Lisa was so attentive, knowledgeable, warm and caring! You couldn't of asked for a better assistance! Honestly, absolutely amazing. She needs a raise! Woo thank you so much Lisa :)

Very helpfull showed us all the discounts and the different bed and mattresses we could have.

Staff was very helpful.. Only negative is the delivery waiting time!! 5 weeks but signs in store were saying usually in 7 days,,, I can hope that it may come forward but willing to wait..

The sales person Lisa stayed after hours to help us and was very helpful I had been to M&S John Lewis and Next and no one gave me the expert advice Lisa gave us. And all with a no trouble attitude I was so impressed. Thank you

We just bight a couple of mattresses. Vacuum packed, compact and in stock and yet it takes THREE WEEKS for delivery

After visiting a competitor store a few doors away and being completely dissatisfied, I made two visits to Bensons. Both times the staff was knowledgable, patient and very helpful.

Jeff was quite pleasant and very knowledgeable. All in all, an very good experience.

It was a good job I had done my research on the internet as the salesman wasn't interested in us at all. Poor selection of single mattresses. Will shop online in future and not bother going to your shop.

Jeff the store manager was great and extremely helpful. I would give the store 5 out of 5 if it was just based on the in-store customer service. It’s only a 4 out of 5 because of the slow delivery time to get a bed frame delivered to central London.

The salesman Jeff was very informative, showed us many variations within our requirements and at no time was pushy. We thought that selecting a new mattress would involve numerous visits to different shops in order to find the one we needed. Not true overall it was a good experience and we are satisfied that Jeff helped us make the right choice.

Helpful staff who were instantly available to answer questions but didn't intrude, a tricky balance. They respected our budget. There was a perfect mattress for us but not in the sale. Helpful lady advised us to keep an eye on the website. Found it in sale a few weeks later, went back and bought it. Not delivered yet but very happy with shopping experience and price.
Far better than a nearby competitor we visited which was not a good experience at all!

Ollie showed me the mattress that I was interested in, explained its benefits and let me try it out. He then explained the order and delivery procedure. Very friendly and efficient.
