The lady In Bensons for Beds Chippenham, really helped us to find a bed that could be delivered quickly as we are soon expecting a baby and urgently needed a new bed after our old one had broke. The lady helped us look at each option for a quick delivery and eventually we found a great bed, amazing customer service, truly going above and beyond to help us.

My partner and I had in mind a bed that we found on the website and was going to order it ourselves online. HOWEVER, we are so so happy we went into the store and was assisted by a lovely women named Lisa! Lisa was so attentive, knowledgeable, warm and caring! You couldn't of asked for a better assistance!
