Jaz was a fantastic sells assistant, he spent a lot of time with us going through all of different types mattresses options, beds and wardrobes for our new house. He was very patient and helpful,recommended many options to us before selecting, gave us space to shop around.

Fantastic service

Consultant met me in the shop and showed me the best furniture on sale at that time. Thanks to Krishnam it was easy for me make the decision.

I bought a mattress for 1000£ and there is a fault in mattresses. But the customer service will not accept that fault, one side on matters is deeper then other side.
They will not replace or change the mattress.
The worst service and worst company.

Dealt with Dave in the store. I cannot recommend him and Bensons enough. We needed some help for our move and Dave was patient considerate and helped us enormously. I can definitely say I will be using bensons again.

The salesman explained the different configurations of drawers available in the base of the bed with the advantages and disadvantages. He was very patient and explained, allowing us to test, the different types of mattresses explaining how some keep your body cool, and the different amounts and size of springs and how they affect your comfort.

We had a lovely man advise us on the best mattress to suit our needs .

The sales man was very helpful. He took his time with us, and showed us the different options available to us and was cheerful and patient

The shop manager Mo at Colindale was extremely helpful, explaining patiently the different bedframe and mattress, even when it's slightly beyond the shop closing time. Another staff. Upon a telephone enquiry, helped me to do an experiment of lifting up an Ottoman bed with only 30cm from the wall.
