Walked in to the shop looking for bedframes and mattresses, Mo was so helpful and patient and showed us everything. Also good value for price!

David the sales assistant was super helpful on choosing the bed with the best advise and was even able to change the order when we made a big mistake in size

The manager (Mo) at the Colindale branch was very helpful. Listened to my needs, showed me which bases and mattresses would be suitable. Told me to try the mattresses I was interested in, then made me lie on the test mattress to see which would be the best one. As a result of his Customer Service, I purchased an Ottoman divan base and mattress. The amount I paid was much cheaper,then say say had I bought from Dreams which was opposite this store

I had two telephone conversations with Assistant Manager of this shop. He was much more helpful than people from other firms I had spoken to. When we arrived at shop another person took us straight to relevant area. Paperwork didn't take long and everything felt very easy.

Went to the Colindale store and got served by Mo received excellent customer service from him. He was polite, informative and patiently answered all my questions. He also managed to give me a very good deal on a mattress and accessories. I would definitely go back this store to purchase further mattresses. Would highly recommend!
