The sales assistant (Akram) was knowledgeable friendly helpful and not at all pushy. We were not rushed and able to look around and try the mattresses to find the one that suited us. Akram was there to answer questions and advise when asked. This is the second time we have bought a bed from Bensons. We have visited other bed shops but prefer the service at Bensons
