Amazing from start to finish. Akram from Coventry store was fantastic. Walked in the store he introduced himself and offered to help anyway needed. Left us to walk around and try all the mattresses. No pushy, clingy salesman tactics that we received in competitors store. When we narrowed it down to the few we liked Akram came over answered all our questions, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Gave us a great price. I still wanted to think it over for another day or two, again no pushy salesman like tactics allowed us to take our time. Rang the store the next day and went forward with sale. Akram asked if I had a blue light card, I did so was really nice to know he was trying to get us the best price possible. Paid over the phone, was told our delivery date there and then (arrived on the date we were told).

Delivery.
Delivery drivers were also absolutely fantastic. We have a very narrow staircase and then a sharp turn at the top and then another sharp turn into our bedroom. We were worried the whole time that they wouldn't be able to deliver it to our chosen room. When they arrived we couldn't have asked for more. Nothing was a problem, again super friendly and helpful took the mattress into our bedroom and took all the plastic sheets away with them. Unfortunately didn't get thier names but they did a fantastic job.

Would absolutely recommend benson for beds to anyone. Great job all round. Thanks again

Good range of beds to view and try in store. Paul was very knowledgable and treated us with courtesy. He pointed us in the right direction for the type of bed we were looking for. Since the purchase we have been sent several emails detailing delivery times and what is expected on the day.

We felt we were treated courteously from the moment we entered the showroom to receiving the mattress. There was no pressure just timely advice and a friendly service.

Great choice of beds and mattresses to choose from and the member of staff who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful and an asset to the team. Delivery went very smoothly and quickly and was within the time frame advised. Both guys were friendly but also professional and courteous at the same time.

The assistant Intasar was very helpful and knowledgeable but didn't put us under any pressure. He clearly explained the features of the products after asking what we were looking for.

Ordered a mattress which was delivered quickly and very happy with the look of it though not in the bedroom yet as it needs final touches before moving in. Lots of updates on date and time slot.

Recently visited the Benson for Beds store and my experience was good. They have good collection and variety of bedroom furniture . The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Intasar from sales team was really helpful, and explained every details of the choosen product. All in all a good experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone setting up their home.
