We were greeted by Natalie, and all the staff were very helpful whilst not being pushy! Natalie listened carefully to our requirements and allowed us time to try out various options both in bed base and mattress. We tried the ottoman option which we initially thought would suit us, but Natalie advised that the weight of a substantial mattress needed to be considered. We decided against the ottoman option due to back problems.
We tried a number of mattresses and found one that we both found really comfortable and supportive. Natalie was particularly helpful in advising us on a headboard. She gave us a quote but mentioned that there would be a special offer over the Bank Holiday weekend, and we took advantage of this by ordering on 22nd August.
The team on Friday helped us with colour matching too, and were most obliging. We had a follow up call at the weekend from Natalie, just to check that we were happy - this was much appreciated

Purchased a new bed frame during a sale at a really good price. The salesman was happy to show us various options in the store and check stock. Our order was delivered within 2 weeks with an interest free credit agreement in place within a pre advised timeframe. The delivery team were friendly, built the bed and took all their rubbish too. We had various communications during the period too. Great experience overall.

Ordered 2 beds from Bensons for Beds. Excellent service from visiting the showroom to delivery and assembly of the beds.
First and foremost the staff in the showroom were very helpful in answering our questions and showing us around the various beds we were interested in. No pressure sales, just very good customer service in listening to what we needed and advising us accordingly.
Then the delivery and assembly service, the delivery team called us before arriving, delivered and assembled the beds in the respective rooms. They were very efficient taking great care and explaining how everything worked and how to take care of the beds, they removed the packaging and left the rooms clean and tidy as they found them. All in all a very professional service from start to finish and would definitely recommend Bensons for beds.

Paul and Ian the delivery team have been absolutely brilliant. Delivered my mattress to the room, unpacked it and placed it with care. They took the box and wrapping so I wouldn’t have to worry about disposing them. They have been courteous and kind. Thank you for your great team work.

James the driver and Paul the driver's assistant did a good delivery of my new mattress and mattress protector, and took care carrying the mattress up to my bedroom and setting it in place.

Our salesman Intasar was very informative and not too pushy, left us to it and his advice was very helpful and friendly.
