My new bed was delivered to my house…
My new bed was delivered to my house last Friday, and I’m very pleased with it. We’ve been sleeping on it for a few nights now, and it’s extremely soft and comfortable. The medium mattress suits us much better than an extra firm one.
The delivery team was very friendly and helpful throughout the process, making the experience smooth and stress-free.
The assembly service was also excellent. The team worked efficiently, ensured everything was properly set up, and left the area clean and tidy.
Overall, I had a very positive experience with Bensons for Beds. From delivery to assembly and product quality, everything met my expectations. I would happily recommend them to others and would consider purchasing from them again in the future.

A positive experience all round with multiple emails throughout the process, including a phone call half an hour before delivery.

Bensons Beds
We have recently purchased a new mattress from Bensons beds and had a positive experience from the start. We visited our local store on Archer Road , Sheffield where the staff gave us some useful information regarding the product we were interested in and in which store we could try it out.
We visited the Doncaster site and Amanda there was both professional and friendly, no push sales just really helpful. We were really impressed. The follow up service by text and email is very effective and the delivery service was excellent. They came exactly when they said they would and take the order to the room of your choice. After following the instructions to let the mattress rise over a number of hours we slept on it last night and are really pleased , very comfortable and supportive. Thank you
