Bensons For Beds - Dumfries686 Opiniões

The sales assistant introduced himself asked what we were looking for and directed us to the beds we would probably like. He gave us time leaving us to discuss and try. He was polite at all times.

The bed we purchased didnt have the sale cost in store it was only when we looked online after we had been in, and the customer serviced we received wasn't what i would expect

Staff very helpful and it was an easy process, job done!

Very helpful sales assistant. Took a lot of time to help my mother-in-law choose a new bed.

They were very helpful and found what we were looking for

The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about your product. It also helped that you allow the customer to trial the comfort of the beds before selection.

charlie was excellent and really took into consideration what we needed in the mattress and gave us plenty of options to help us find the perfect one.

Friendly, experienced staff. Made the whole experience fun.

Friendly and helpful (but not pushy) team.

The shop assistant was very helpful and put me at ease straight away

The time spent helping me with information about different types of mattresses for me to make the right choice for myself.

The staff were very helpful, and I was very pleased to hear the bed would be delivered to the house and taken upstairs, and the packing would be taken away.

Charlie was really helpful in the Dumfries branch providing enough information and attention but giving space and not hassling us. Very good service and a good range of mattresses to test to see what was best.

Excellent service. Delivery time exactly as expected. Very helpful delivery men. Staff in store extremely knowledgeable.

Charlie was very helpful and we managed to arrange everything smoothly. The prices were very competitive too.

Nicely laid out, bright showroom. Friendly, cheerful and helpful staff.

we went in 20th March 2023 to view mattresses met with a lady Kristi who took us through gave us a quote , that evening got a email to say come in tomorrow and receive 20% off so went in with cash to be told it wasnt that amount already taken money off on the quote. i took the 20% off the bottom line didnt even look at quote. Charlie got quite rude and tried to say initially there wasnt any discount but I had it in an email. So not happy at all with the lack of service and help after their cockup!!!!!!!!

Excellent choice of beds and mattresses.
First class assistance, advice and help.
Nothing too much trouble.
Both Charlie and Nikki are to be congratulated.
Well done.

Very helpful staff in the Dumfries branch. The information was clear and the delivery went smoothly. The staff were helpful to the older people receiving the bed. Would recommend.

Staff in the shop were very knowledgeable and didn’t rush us in to picking what we wanted gave us plenty of time to decide. Delivery was great had a nominated day and phoned 2 hours before to confirm very mind full when bringing in the mattress of furniture and photos on the walls when moving it to the bedroom. Many thanks
