I bought a bed frame with a mattress…
I bought a bed frame with a mattress from Bensons. Unfortunately, the mattress I got has a terrible fit with the bed. Length-wise, it is nearly 2 inches shorter than the bed frame. Now, all my bedding under my bed (since it was an ottoman frame) gets dusty. I spent a lot of money buying them, and I am very dissatisfied with the product they delivered.

Highly recommend
We went in just to browse the mattresses. We really had no idea what we were looking for. Stuart was very helpful and really informative about all the different options we had. We got to try each and every mattress out and we really liked the fact he wasn't pushing us to go for the most expensive option. Highly recommend Bensons. If visiting, ask for Stuart.

James knows his stuff
James was very knowledgeable about all types and makes of beds. This was, almost, a spur of the moment drop in to find out what we need (and prices). He didn't rush us and gave us plenty space where we needed it after testing lots of beds to discuss the styles. We didn't purchase one this visit but we are sure we will be back.

Having never used Bensons previously
Having never used Bensons previously, I was super impressed with your salesman James in your East Kilbride branch. Apart from being friendly, he was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us. He was not your typical pushy salesman but wanted to sell to us what was best suited to our needs. I would definitely recommend Bensons.

Brilliant Customer Service
We spoke with Stuart who couldn't have been more accommodating to us. He explained everything in detail and advised us with his own experiences of the mattress we were looking at. I have to apologise though as we turned up at 19:30 and we left 10 mins after closing.
Thank you, Stuart. Your advice was just what we needed😁
