Staff were helpful and interested in giving us the best experience but also not pushy, allowing us time to try out different mattresses and go away to think before making a final decision.

Had a great service from Bev at Benson for Beds in Erdington. Went into the store not really sure of we wanted. Had super helpful show around, got to try the various different mattresses and came away very happy new mattress owners.
