Richard was very helpful

Odette is the most jolly sales assistant I have ever met. I found exactly the mattress I was looking for with her help and had a lot of fun buying it. Highly recommended!!!

Great service from when we walked into the store till after we received our mattress helpful, friendly & polite store staff didnt hassle us, left us to look around to try different mattresses and plenty of notice and reminders for when our mattress was due and being delivered, friendly delivery staff who kept us up to date on our delivery

We Went to the Gillingham branch and the lady was able to show us the perfect bed base for our needs.

She was really helpful and knew her products. She was friendly and quick at getting it all sorted. The whole process only took about 20 minutes from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend someone go to that branch and speak to Odette.

Myself and my husband visited the Gillingham store to get some ideas on a new bed and mattress. We have had our bed for over 15 years and had no clue where to start, thankfully a member of staff helped us tremendously. Odette (sorry if spelt incorrect) talked us through our options and showed us ottoman beds as we needed extra storage. She talked us through the different ranges of mattresses and helped us find the perfect bed and mattress. Unfortunately we ran at our time as the shops were closing soon, but I came home and ordered online. We can’t wait to have our new bed delivered, and thanks to Odette for all her help and for answering any questions we had.

Odette from the Gillingham branch explained all the options thoroughly, was knowledgeable, personable and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase. Will definitely be back.

We could not of asked for a better customer service that your Colleague gave us, so knowledgeable answered all our questions, his name was Richard and so polite. After he gave us all the information that we needed he left us to walk around and make up our mind, he was not pushy, he just said if you need me just come and find me. Which my husband and i prefer no pressure, we made up our mind and Richard placed our order explained everything to us so we could check and agree. I would certainly go there again just to have Richard serve us, a credit to your company. Excellent

The employees of your company speaks exactly what your organisation represents. The guy that attended to me is grounded in his profession and his ethics speaks good for your company.

Richard was knowledgeable and talk about the alternatives avalble

Great Sales Assistant. Odette was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly and made the experience easy and comfortable. Now awaiting delivery and hoping that also goes as smoothly!

helpful sale person shame about the lady that took the final payment over the phone couldn't get it right and I object to being called darling after each sentence

The store people at Bensons are great

Good customer service, the only thing that was missing was a cup of tea.

Richard was very knowledgeable, he made us very welcome. He asked what we wanted in a mattress then he showed us where these mattresses were on display. he gave us time to look around he wasn't pushy. All in all a very good shopping experience.

The Assistant Manager found the perfect bed and mattress for me based on my needs and made it an overall wonderful shopping experience!

Excellent customer service and staff very polite in the Gillingham store. I would definitely recommend . Prices are also reasonable.
