Excellent service
The member of staff gave us all of the information that we required and then left us alone for us to view the beds which meant that we didn't feel under pressure. Once we had found what we were wanting we found the gentleman and he then went through all of our options.
The delivery date that came up on the system didn't suit us so he manged to split the order so that it did.

Mark and Liam were amazing! Mark showed us what the true bed buying experience was like and we were not disappointed! He took the time to make sure we were getting the best bed for us as well as mattress, pillows and bedside tables.

The young tall guy has zero idea what he’s talking about . All he wanted was to push on a sale. No idea on the individual mattresses and individual needs . Also needs to sort his attitude out .

I visited Bensons for Beds Huddersfield…
I visited Bensons for Beds Huddersfield on the 19th November 2025 wanting to purchase a new mattress. Ellie, a member of the sales team, meticulously talked me through the various mattresses she suggested would suit me having first done the sleep pro test. She couldn’t have been more thorough. Explaining about each mattress I tried in great detail. I finally made my decision and went ahead and made the purchase. Thanks to Ellie it made my decision so much easier. The store has so much choice in beds and mattresses and would definitely recommend people to visit it.
