Whole experience efficient, friendly and a quality, comfortable product.
Very helpful and friendly staff. We were able to use the system available to gauge the firmness of the mattress, and we chose a mattress we had previously purchased for another bed. Delivery was on time, and the drivers were efficient and friendly. The whole process was so easy. Will definitely use Bensons again.

Friendly, knowledgeable and approachable staff in store, from order to payment felt heard and understood. Delivery organised with assembly. We were kept up to date and informed of all of the process. Delivery was excellent- assembly done with care and thought. Highly recommend
