Great service
Service in store and delivery was really good. Staff were friendly, efficient and respectful of my property. The mattress I ordered was delivered sooner than I expected and I am enjoying sleeping on it.
Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service
The young lady named Letty met us when we walked into the shop. Very friendly, very knowledgeable about the beds & not in your face hanging around you nonstop. If we needed her to ask questions, she was there in an instant. Two other guys were working that day, also wonderful staff to deal with. We bought everything from 2 beds too pillows mainly down to Letty . 5 minutes before walked out of the same style shop next door because the staff couldn’t be bothered to look up from the computer. Service obviously goes along way!

Hull St Andrew Quay. Natalie was lovely. Very knowledgeable and gave in-depth detail on all products. She let me have the time and space I needed to make my decision without any pressure. Bed now purchased and just waiting for it to be delivered! Very happy with the service I received and found Natalie to be a credit to Bensons.

Excellent service.
The whole experience from viewing the wardrobes and bed to ordering, delivery and installation was seamless and on time.Even though there was a broken part on one of the wardrobes this was dealt with promptly and will be replaced by the installation team when it arrives. Throughout the whole experience we were kept informed by Bensons.
Dave and Gary who installed the wardrobes and Karl and Andy who dealt with the bed were all very professional in their job.
Must not forget Tom who dealt with the wardrobes and Steve who dealt with the bed, both from the Hull shop,whose advice and knowledge was very good.
