Service rep was very helpful
Service rep was very helpful. Helped us decide on a first mattress for our son. Aslo helped us figure out what we need for ourselves. Will be back in near future for the rest of our family.

Delivery experience very poor
Delivery experience very poor. Mud left on carpets, curtain rail above front door knocked to the floor. They were in too much of a hurry!

Personal Service 10/10
The personal service I received from a relatively new member of staff was great. I spent nearly an hour in the show room trying out different mattresses. I would never have managed if I had to do this on line. I didn't realize that there were so many mattresses to chose from. Nothing beats personal face to face service.
