We got a great deal purchasing a showroom mattress that was exactly what we were looking for.
Well wrapped for collection.
The staff were supposed to help me load the mattress (it was collection only), but the guy cried off saying he couldn't left! Or would have been 5 stars!

Superb service from start to finish. Lovely salesman, very knowledgeable, not pushy, no pressure so we were able to make an informed decision and left feeling very confident about our purchase. Many thanks.

My experience at Bensons beds, was very good, ordered a electric ottoman bed which is excellent, it was the first electric bed that the installers had put in.
But the next day in my emails, I was told that I could have had 2 new pillows, with my new bed, so I telephoned the Kidderminster store, and was told that they would get back to me the following day, weeks later I am still waiting, very poor customer service. Which is why I could only give it 3 stars.

Very helpful - informative. Actually sold me the right product for me and not what was most expensive!
