Tom made the purchase really simple. He explained about the product and the returns policy, given that the item isn't available in any store to try. He honoured the online discounts, considering that they weren't showing on the tablet he was using.

Popped into Kidderminster Store to look for a new mattress. We were able to look and try the mattresses in our own time, without feeling pressured by the staff. I knew which suit I wanted as my daughter bought one from you a couple of years ago and I have st say it is the most comfortable suit I have ever sat on, you staff were easy to talk to and made the buying experience enjoyable, the girl took the time to listen to my requirements regarding the order and was most accommodating, of course this is only the first part I hope the second part goes to plan re. Spoke to a lad named Tom and he suggested a couple of mattresses and then let me test and choose the one that was right for me. It was nice to chat to a person who had the same kind of problems so he could recommend the best mattress. Could not fault the service would recommend 100%.
