Excellent service in the store
We were greeted as we arrived with a friendly hello and told to ask if we needed any help. We appreciated the fact this was not a pushy sales method but Mo was available as soon as we had made our choices. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the products we asked about and very friendly. He was very efficient putting our order through and provided us with clear information about what to expect now with our order.

Chris and Jamie were friendly and polite. Our elderly mum and dad were at the house to take the delivery and C&J did absolutely everything. They arrived spot on time and were careful with everything in the house.

We went to the Morecambe store
We went to the Morecambe store, to look for a new bed. Debra came to introduce herself, she asked if there was anything specific we were after. Debra recommend a few to look at, giving us some time to browse. We asked about a couple of beds we were interested in. Debra gave us a quote once we had decided on one, we then left saying we had a couple of things to check with our existing bed and would be back. We went back the day after, and bought the bed. We had seen a couple we liked in other stores, but it was the customer service we got that made us decide. Thank you for all your help Debra, we will be recommending you to friends.

Do not ever buy from these people
Do not ever buy from these people. My daughter's bed broke on first use and they would not entertain a fault. Please everyone avoid especially Morecambe branch!!!

My recent experience in store
When I arrived in store I was greeted by a young man called Sid. This man was very polite and had a friendly attitude which put me at ease. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattress I was looking at and was able to explain which would best suit myself. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience and think Sid made my decision a lot quicker and easier.

Friendly staff who don’t overwhelm you
Very nice staff who didn’t hammer us with information they just let us know the was there to help and go be called over when needed. Also explained everything clearly to us and made it a lot easier for us.

Very obliging delivery men
My kingsize mattress arrived on the allocated date. I was kept informed of the expected time of delivery. The two delivery men worked hard to get the mattress into my desired place with my tiny staircase. Thank you so much 🤩
