Very helpful sales person at Bensons Silverlink. He took the time to explain the different types of mattresses and helped me narrow down what would be most suitable for me.

Service was really quick, staff were helpful and courteous and I was in and out in about 15 mins having made a purchase.

The staff welcomed me into shop, they were visible, but not intrusive.
I had an idea of what I wanted to look at, was allowed to look around the shop, & only when I was ready did a member of staff approach me. He answered my questions & showed me the options available to me.
I then went back around the shop & tested mattresses.

There was very little service. Staff stand together in the corner. They don’t come upstairs in the shop and appear to ignore customers. I was asked to pay £20 delivery charge. I think when spending well over £1000 to charge for delivery is ridiculous.

My experience at the store was great—I could browse without feeling pestered. They offer a wide selection of beds for testing, which is a big plus.

The staff was helpful; they promptly answered my questions and I easily ordered my new mattress within a minute.

However, the downside was the wait time of three weeks for the mattress delivery. While I understand it's likely beyond the store's control, it's still something to consider.

Special thanks to Tracy and another employee for their assistance, although I missed catching the latter's name.

Additionally, I noticed a significant mold buildup in one corner near the entrance. It might be worth having that attended to.

Overall, a positive experience with knowledgeable staff, though the longer wait for the mattress and the mold issue were notable points.
