We were very impressed by the young salesman in store when we visited. He was very knowledgeable about the products, but at the same time we did not feel pressurised to buy.

My in-store experience was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. It's critical to try a mattress before you buy in my opinion and Benson's is one of the few places you can that.

They explained the differences on types of mattress.
I had been in a week earlier to way up what was needed and Sarah the sales consultant wasn't pushy she knew all her stuff and explained the different types of mattress as i was looking for a cooling type mattress and a firm one too. So i went back a week later to purchase from store. A very pleasant positive lady.

Excellent prices and have a good knowledge of beds
Have used Bensons before and found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They offer a good range of beds and interest free credit which I did not know about but took advantage off. Staff were very nice and helpful and the transaction did not take too long.

Mattress purchase
I'm grateful to Sar for her patient, thorough, and informed customer service while she narrowed down my options for a new mattress.
Her approach made me feel assured that I'd made a good decision, since confirmed following swift delivery of my chosen product.
Wholly satisfied with my experience shopping at the Northwich location, and would recommend an in-store visit to others.
