We ordered a super king bed from the excellent sales assistant Alex
We ordered a super king bed from the excellent sales assistant Alex. On delivery, we had issues with one of the divan units - fixing holes at both ends, instead of one end, for fixing the headboard. The black headboard material, which covers fixings at the back, was torn.
We also had an issue with the mattress, as it is super king, we couldn't get it up the stairs to the bedroom.
All issues were resolved by the excellent sales assistant Alex, who arranged for a complete replacement bed and supplied a two-part zip mattress.
We are now very pleased with the quality, comfort and aesthetic of the bed and would recommend Benson as a premier supplier of beds.

A lovely experience in shop. Staff available to ask questions and advice, but no pressure sales used. Plenty of time to chat over and decide on needs.
Alex was very friendly and chatty which made the whole sales and delivery service easily understandable.

Overall okayies but my order delayed few weeks
I buy mattress and bed frame from bensons. I like the mattress. I have little issue with the quality of bed. It was delivered me almost a month late then initially agreed date which I am hoping some compensation but not sure yet. Delivery experience was nice , they put my bed / mattress in the room of my choice.

Went in looking for a new bed for our new house and the sales associate/manager Declan was amazing! He showed us the new sleep technology, helped us set it up and showed us all the beds with ease. He gave us the best deal and i am so happy with what we picked out.
