The staff in store were very helpful, we could try many mattress and were told all about them.the delivery went well and even took mattress up stairs for us.

Adina was extremely helpful and professional. She spent a lot of time with us and explained everything thoroughly from A to Z. We are very happy with her help and would highly recommend her.

*UPDATED REVIEW*

Following the issue below, we recently had a new TV installed and the old one removed. So far there are no issues with the new TV, everything seems to be in working order.

Giving them 3 stars out of 5 as an updated review, the reasoning below:

1)I believe a 5 should represent a smooth experience with no need to contact customer service.

2) Considering they only fixed this issue after I had to go to the lengths to give them a one star review, questions the efficiency of the initial customer service.

Once the review was given, they sprang in to action. This was likely due to the one star review, I imagine if I hadn't have done this, I would have had to contact the financial ombudsman and start a long, hassling process of getting this sorted.

All in all, I'm not sure I would use Benson for Beds again, due to the above. That being said, the issue was eventually resolved in house, which prevent a long winded dispute.

*OLD REVIEW*

My partner and I bought a TV Bed from Bensons for Beds. The bed and the mattress itself is fine, however the TV that came with the purchase is faulty.

I reported this issue on May 14th, as of today (July 3rd) they have not resolved the issue. I've been informed they've contacted the TV manufacturer, yet after numerous emails asking for an update, we've been left in the dark.

I will now be contacting the Financial Ombudsman, as they are in violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Avoid this company at all costs, they aren't worth the headache. If something goes wrong with your purchase, their customer service is not fit for service.

The experience of choosing a new mattress was greatly helped with the assistance of Tyler. He was very helpful in our choice of mattress and explained fully about the guarantee etc. We can't wait for it to arrive now. Will definitely use Benson for Beds should we ever require them. Aditna was friendly, knowledgeable, personable and didn't give us the hard sell as we walked through the door. We said we would be back on pay day, but came back the next day and Aditna was there on hand to take us through the process.

Sales staff in shop were knowledgeable and very helpful, however it was difficult to find one in the first place. Delivery people excellent.

The staff at Didcot orchard Centre were v helpful and friendly. Was kept in touch with delivery details and bed delivered efficiently and on time

Friendly, knowledgible staff, many options to try before I buy.
I have had a mattress from Bensons for 10 years and thinking of getting a replacement but the type was no longer available. I call them to ask what what was the closed and was amazed that Bensons keep a record of what mattresses people purchase up to 10 years! The person was able to tell me what I purchased, the date, plus the replacement for it.
I was then able to go into the local store and try the two closed to my current mattress. The store was clean, the staff helped but didnt push and with the current offers it was very easy to select and purchase my next mattress. I will definitely be looking at purchasing again in just under 10 years so my records are still available so I can select the type again or make adjustments to what is then current. Thank you for keeping this info!

Professional, polite and friendly

From the minute we walked into the shop we was welcomed and given lots of advice and was very happy with service.
Delivery drivers were great Charlie and Tony.

We wanted to buy a new mattress and chose Bensons as they were a national company with a local showroom where we knew they had wide range of mattresses on show. When we called at your showroom we were looked after by your sales assistant, Adina, who was very helpful.
We bought a Sealey extra firm double mattress which cost us £628.98 including a 20% discount, recycling our old mattress, mattress protector and delivery charge.
Bensons kept us Indy about the progress of delivery of our mattress and your delivery men John and Karl who rang us with delivery information on the day. Overall we were very pleased with our dealings with Benons and would certainly recommend them.

From shop advice to delivery everything was very straightforward. All staff involved were very polite and attentive and bed is good quality

They are the worst of the worst. Pathetic customer service. The store staff at Didcot are the worst staff I have ever seen. Took the incorrect order.. to my bad I didn’t checked the invoice precisely. The bed frame is pathetic and the mattress is pathetic as well. Spent like 3 grand..

Adina at the Didcot store was fantastic. She helped us find the perfect mattress without pressurising us. She had a lot of knowledge and suggested lots of different mattresses to try and gave us space to do so. We are looking forward to it arriving - thanks so much Adina! Sophie & Rob

Be careful they only price match if bought in store for 7 days. A friend bought same mattress 2 weeks later from Dreams £499 cheaper and free delivery so shop around advised
