Order and delivery went well
Order and delivery went well. Unfortunately the rear cover on the headboard was all burst open. The installer must have seen this but said nothing. Perhaps too many deliveries to make and everything was rushed. Visited shop who advised to contact customer services. I contacted customer services who immediately accepted there was a fault, confirmed shop had noted it and arranged for a replacement, this takes another month.

We have had a good experience with BFB. It was good to try the mattress and then decide. I had ordered earlier online and it didn't suit us. The sales person are fantastic here and helped select the type of mattress we were looking for.

Excellent Service
We purchased a base, a mattress and a headboard and included the recycle and build service. The staff in the store were knowledgeable and helpful. We received email updates throughout the whole process. The delivery guys assembled everything quickly and removed all the old items and packaging. Excellent service.
