Brilliant!!! Staff Brilliant, Drivers Brilliant. Plus I got the best night's sleep in years. AAA+++

Bed not here yet but salesman was excellent. No pressure just informative and helpful. Made sure I tried the mattresses and waited for me to try other shops.

Excellent choice of beds, with staff imparting helpful insights and experience to ensure purchases meet buyers needs.

Excellent service and quality. Lynsey went over and above to ensure we made the right decision and her after sales service was second to none!! Excellent experience in every way..

Great help and advice from Barry, sales consultant. Informative and supportive without being intrusive.

The assistant, Lynsey, was very helpful. She answered our questions and didn't push for a decision, she let us take as long as needed so that we were sure we picked the mattress we wanted

Very helpful and pleasant when explaining the various options and pricing.

Excellent customer service.Helpful advice and very informative.

Sales rep Jas was very helpful and friendly. She also gave us helpful advice to choosing the right bed. She was very patient and looked out for our interest.

The customer service is so good and friendly

Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable assistant who guided us with our purchase. No rush sales just good advice.

Our sales assistant Lyndsey was so welcoming from the minute we walked into the door. Very attentive but not overly attentive, she answered every question we have and was very very knowledgable of the products. We were served with a smile and were eased in. As a young couple who didn’t know much about beds or mattresses it was slightly intimidating for us. However Lyndsey showed excelled knowledge and communication with us, it made it fun and exciting! We can’t thank Lydnsey enough! Excellent service!

I was super well looked after by Jas who's expertise is oustanding. She guided me exactly what would be the best bed and mattress, over and above that experience in the shop was amazing. I was with my 5 yo boy and staff members were helping entertaining so this added to overall experience :) Thank you Jas and your colleague! what a great team. In the world of 'buy everything online' people underestimate the real value of getting expert opinion and great help with what you're looking for :) Thanks!

Very helpful staff and prompt delivery date. Delighted with experience so far.

The chap who served us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. (Andy, Abbotsinch) We took on board his advice and ordered the recommended mattress. Andy was patient and gave us time to look around and try out different mattresses before we made a final decision. Great service. Now looking forward to it being delivered.
