Brilliant sales team.
The sales team could not have been more helpful. They offered information and advice which affected our purchase. They were all so patient, treating us with courtesy and humour on the several occasions we visited the store to make a decision on which mattress to buy. We were impressed with their professionalism.

Excellent customer service
Gavin was really helpful. No pressure to buy anything. We wanted to have a look at the Simba mattresses as we've been looking at them online for a while. Gavin advised us to try them and then showed us some others that are just as good. Well we chose a Slumberland mattress that I. Our opinion was better than the Simba. Gavin also gave us a couple of extras. He was very helpful and is a credit to Bensons for beds.

VERY good experienced salesman.
We me with a VERY good experienced salesman who could answer all our questions and could direct us straight to a mattress equivalent to our existing mattress and advise us on only changes we might want to make. The whole process was easy and straightforward, coupled with an amazing Easter discount, we are very satisfied customers.

First class service
Bensons had just the sofa bed that we were looking for and the salesman was very helpful in explaining the difference between the ones on store. After we had chosen the one we wanted we were amazed to be told delivery would be within a week. What excellent service.

We purchased a headboard and divan base from the clearance area of the shop recently. Regardless of the fact that the items were from the clearance area, we still received a fantastic and professional service from the two employees that we spoke to.
