We wanted a new tempur mattress, our sales guy named Steve who was just brilliant, very friendly, professional and gave us plenty of time to try out some beds and lots of interesting information about the tempur mattress’s too.

Very pleasant experience looking for a mattress in bensons for beds the salesman was called Steve , he listen to what I wanted and at the price point I was looking for , very helpful and not pushy at all. Looking forward to my mattress being delivered !

Steve at The Plympton Branch certainly has the right attitude and not a “heavy handed sales pitch” I told him I’ve had 3 bad experiences with bed companies it’s been hell on earth !
He left Myself and a friend alone after I told him what mattress type I needed with chronic back pain . We also fed back information back to him about the mattresses I tried. The only criticism would be I think the delivery charge is high, as most people would struggle with putting a mattress from door to their room …. If you are already paying good money for a mattress I DONT THINK AN EXTRA CHARGE IS RIGHT !! Why not keep that cost to the minimum ! But your charge compared to others is HIGHER !

The Sales lady Victoria was very helpful informing us of all our choices and pros and cons of each bed to make an informed decision. I had to contact Bensons re removal of old bed couldn't wait until 5/2/05 and Tom was very helpful with my refund
