What fantastic gentleman
What fantastic gentleman, can’t praise them enough. Not only did they find my son’s phone that he’d lost. The customer service was smooth and top rate throughout. Polite and humorous manner and made the shopping experience enjoyable. They could not do enough for me. Recommend Thank you guys.

Leigh from the Branksome store in Dorset was excellent. He helped us sort a replacemnet mattress in great time, we knew we wanted a new version of what we had ten years ago and it was easy peasy. Plus we got some great discount by adding 2 pillows instaed of 1

Both John and Paul who we dealt with in store were very helpful and not pushy at all but just wanted to ensure we made the right purchase for us at a good price. The delivery was also seamless with Tom and Mark. Thank you Bensons.

Great experience. No pressure to buy certain items. Listened to what I wanted and showed all options available.
Able to try multiple beds/mattresses. Was given time on my own to try and come back to staff when ready. Would highly recommend.

Welcoming staff, I went in knowing what mattress I wanted, Rubin did show me some other mattresses but I decided on the one I wanted, Rubin was very helpful and the process straightforward. The follow up was appreciated. I would throughly recommend Bensons for Beds store in Branksome

Very helpful staff to sort out a problem
Mix-up on colour choice for headboard and wrong one delivered. However, the store has agreed to deliver the right colour and collect the initially delivered headboard.
The best way to judge a company is how they handle problems and the staff at Bensons in Poole have been brilliant in that regard.

Helpful and attentive staff
Helpful and attentive staff instore. Nothing too much trouble, very patient, despite the card payment system not working, meaning they had to route it through another store. (Otherwise I would have given five stars)
After sales service good. I was kept informed of date of delivery and a 2 hour slot for the day it was due.
Delivery driver phoned 20 minutes before on time arrival. My new mattress was taken to my flat, unpacked and set up on the bed by courteous and polite delivery men, and care advice given.

Phil was really informed about the…
Phil was really informed about the products and we went in knowing what we wanted but came out with something else.really happy.
The only downside was the delivery.
We agreed with Phil there was loads of room with wide doors, straight up the stairs 1st on the left, as simple as it gets. The delivery guys wanted to leave it at the bottom of the stairs, in the hallway and half hanging out the front door. Then they didn't want to unpack it or take the rubbish away.
All of this was agreed at the point of sale so was a little bit disappointed.
But in general, happy
