Amazing service at preston branch
We went to the bensons for bed at preston and were greeted and served by Anita who was extremely helpful and informative. She helped to choose the best mattress for us and we are looking forward to our delivery. Amazing customer service skills and amazing service.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLED WITH MY BED BASE
ABSOLUTELY APPALLED WITH MY BED BASE . MADE FROM CARBOARD!! MATTRESS DIABOLICAL!! NEVER SLEPT ON ANYTHING AS BAD! WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER SLEEPING ON FLOOR!! COST ME £2000! ITS NOW SMASHED TO PIECES AND GETTING BURNT. THATS ALL ITS FIT FOR. NEVER EVER WILL I GO AND BUY BED OR MATTRESS FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. BE WARNED PEOPLE DONT WAIT YOUR MONEY!! Bed Choice
Excellent customer service very patient with my elderly mother in law tried multiple mattress found perfect one. 3 weeks for delivery not bad as beds being made from scratch as have order 4ft beds.

Great service
We got the product we wanted, there was discount and interest free credit which was a real bonus. The service was top notch and the sales assistant was very knowledgeable about all the products and was very thorough.

Steven and the team are perfect.
Steven was great in helping us find the perfect mattress for our new home. He was very knowledgeable but also left us alone to look and decide for ourselves. Great store with lots of choice and a great bunch of lovely staff!

Good informative service.
We visited the store twice and on both occasions we received informative, helpful information about the beds we liked. We placed an order and await the delivery later this month.

Extremely pleasant experience
Four members of staff on at the time, all incredibly friendly and accommodating. Extremely helpful advice with assistance in coming to a final decision on which package to pick. Special mention to Steven who saw it through to completion. Would definitely use again in the future.

Amazing service
We went in looking for 2 mattresses for our kids. The staff member was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to suggest exactly what she felt they needed and the reasons why. She explained how it would impact their spines etc if they chose a firm mattress. We were so impressed that we opted to order our new bed and mattress at the same time (was going to order elsewhere but she made it competitive). We did not feel rushed and left happy in the knowledge that when they arrive they will be right!
