We came across Bensons for Beds by chance while searching for a new bed and finally found exactly what we were looking for. Our experience in the store was excellent. Arif greeted us warmly, took the time to understand our needs, and then gave us space to browse without any pressure. When we needed advice, he was knowledgeable and helped us make our final decision. As someone who doesn't like pushy sales assistants, I really appreciated Arif's approach. We left to think about our purchase and returned shortly after to place our order. A brilliant experience and excellent customer service.

Excellent service in store at Reading
Excellent service in store at Reading, prompt and efficient delivery and comfortable mattresses. I’ve taken a star off because there was a small rip in the base fabric of one of the mattresses when it arrived. I would have mentioned it if someone had called or followed up following delivery. I hope it doesn’t get any bigger. Otherwise great experience with Bensons.
