Great value and customer service
Julia was such a great support throughout the process, we chose a store sale item that exactly suited our needs. Julia helped with measurements and decision, then on collection she really got stuck in helping us get the product into our camper van. The bed is lovely, fits perfectly and looks very good value for money. The new bed care kit gift was a lovely touch too.

Great service from start to finish. Ben the salesman was very helpful without being pushy. The delivery men were very efficient and managed to negotiate a difficult windy staircase. Also they kept me updated as to when they would arrive, which is very useful

From going into the shop to look at mattresses, to the delivery, Benson for beds were polite, knowledgeable and friendly.We like to be left alone to look round first before we want help, and that is what they did. The delivery guys phoned before hand and were respectful of our home
