Brilliant delivery team, good product. I would of given 5 stars if it wasn't for the Crystal Peaks Store telling me that I didn't love my son enough for not buying him a mattress that cost 3K. I would of bought him that one if he needed it or thought it was the one for him. He didn't actually like that one. Buy on-line, avoid the Crystal Peaks/ Drakehouse store in Sheffield.

Went to purchase a double divan base. Knew which one I wanted. The lovely sales woman was very helpful and friendly. No pushy sales either which is what you want.

The welcome and attention to what I wanted was excellent. Michael was great. He listened.

The excellent knowledge of the gentleman that served us. ( he did tell us his name but I’ve forgotten) The machine bed he put us on to show our pressure points on different mattresses and then took us to each one that was suitable for us. I thought it would have took forever but it didn’t. Well pleased.

We were not harassed constantly but was made aware that staff was there to assist if needed . When the member of staff did assist us. He was friendly, pleasant and gave us good advice but not pushy .

No pressure from sales staff.
Helpfull, knowledgable assistance given.

Quality products for the right price

Very pleasant, helpful but in no way pushy sales lady. We were looking for a sofa bed. We purchased one that could be 2 singles or a double, so we have more choice of uses. Delivery half way across the country was no problem plus it will be with us on the day of our choice.

So happy with our purchase! It arrived today and it's stunning and didn't cost a fortune. The store manager sold us the sofa bed and he was great, no complaints. The sofa bed arrived on time and was put together in about 10 minutes. I'd definitely buy from Bensons again.

Friendly staff who knew what they were talking about. Salesperson Jane explained all about the different types of mattresses /headboards and bases, which covered materials used and how construction affects how the mattress could be used in situ .
Everything was explained well and no pressure was put on us to make a purchase.
The experience in branch can’t be matched online.
