Bensons For Beds - Southampton151 Opiniões

My second time around and the service was still outstanding. I will definitely be recommending anyone that wants to buy a bed to go and buy at Bensons for beds . The Southampton branch is where I bought both my beds .

I am not one for shopping. I have low tolerance for pushy sales people. I was interested in replacing my mattress. The sales assistance ( Azura ) was excellent. She asked the right questions and listened to my answers. From there she showed me several mattresses and based on what I said took me around the store until I found the perfect one! Also her delivery colleagues were very good. Excellent service the way all shops should provide!

Aruta was very helpful and answered all our questions we would definitely come back to bensons

Excellent service and installation

It was quick and precise . Just how we like it

The delivery team Gary and Warren were brilliant, so helpful and friendly, Azad at the store made sure everything ran smoothly and kept me up to date with everything regarding delivery. Have ordered beds from bensons before and had a good experience and this is just the same. Would recommend and will continue to use in the future. Thanks again Louise

Very helpful staff. Azad was very knowledgeable and attentive. He listened to our requirements and was able to make recommendations without being pushy.

Amazing customer service, not the first time we have purchased from this store, will not be the last.

Azura was very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and ready to help when we required it without applying any pressure. 10/10 customer service

Went to this store on 14th April 2026.
Absolutely fabulous service from Azura
She was very knowledgable and her manner was spot on.
Azura was only young and she is a credit to the company and the future of this country.
My brother purchased a bed and I got some of the mattress and pillow sprays. The sprays are really lovely and highly recommended for anyone that likes nice smells.

We bought a king size bed with 2 zip and link mattresses during their sale from the southampton Branch . We were attracted to Bensons because of their 40 day exchange policy.
Unfortunately we have found the mattresses too hard. We went back to the branch within the 40 days and were told the only softer mattresses available were now not on sale and would cost an extra approximately £2000 (more than the original cost was). The salesman said he would speak to the manager and get back to us. This never happened.
We are disappointed with the service.
If you are buying because of the return policy, worth checking what other options would suit you and what the non sale price is.

Update post review. Nathan at the Southampton branch contacted and apologised for the service received. We were invited back in and he and the manager were extremely accommodating to find a solution for us. Thanks Bensons. Would change 3 to 5 stars if I could

Very good business to buy from. Excellent advice in the shop, met the promised timelines for manufacture and delivery.
Delivery guys were quick with no fuss, they used an enormous plastic bag to take away the old mattress.
Mattress itself is comfortable.
