I had been to several bed stores and found that the store manager in Bensons was extremely helpful. The service felt personal, in that he took into account what i was looking for, without my feeling pressured to buy. Overall excellent shopping experience

Smooth purchase, delivery & build 10/10
The staff at the Speke branch in Liverpool were amazing. Kelly in particular was thorough and I didnt feel pressured at all. There was a lot to consider with purchasing 2x beds and 2x mattresses in some tight spaces I had limited measurements for, Kelly reassured me if I needed to change anything, I could. It made planning much more smooth with multiple delivery dates to juggle. Really appreciate all the efforts the team went to with my order. Then there's the delivery duo Ryan and Kelvin, such respectful friendly men. They went above and beyond in the delivery and build. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

The divan bed is very stylish and…
The divan bed is very stylish and plenty of room in the drawers, being on casters makes it easy to move. The matress is comfortable although a little firmer than the one I tested in the store, I hope it will soften a little bit more over time, I am glad I went for the soft matress and not the medium. I do find it too warm though, the temperature regulation does not exist, I am waking up several times in the night feeling very hot, it is supposed to keep you cool, it doesn't, which is why I give 3 stars

We understand your comments about the mattress feeling firmer than the one tried in store. Showroom mattresses are often more bedded‑in, and new mattresses can feel firmer initially, with some softening over time through regular use.
That said, we’re sorry to hear you’re finding the mattress too warm and that this is disrupting your sleep, particularly when temperature regulation was an important feature for you. This is not a cooling mattress, it is temperature regulating. We appreciate how frustrating this can be.
As you’re still within 40 nights of delivery, you may be eligible for our 40‑night Comfort Guarantee, which allows you to exchange if the mattress isn’t the right fit for your needs. We’d recommend visiting or contacting your local store, where the team can discuss alternative options and explain how to activate this.
