Fantastic process with no surprises.

The staff were attentive and honest, the whole process explained, and everything happened exactly as described.

Delivery dates were kept, and the feedback and delivery times were spot on.

Very helpful staff,no pressure,given plenty of time to test and browse before we asked for help in making our final decision.

Mike in Truro was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He guided us but left us alone to make our own minds up. Definitely not a pushy salesman. Great to have 25% discount in the Black Friday weekend sale. Also delivery is promised in 3 weeks.

Excellent service from Steve in Truro. Listened to our needs and advised without being pushy. Left us alone the majority of the time. Really happy with the price paid based on a lot of shopping around. We have not yet had delivery so may change this score based on how that goes and the quality of the bed on arrival.

Mike listened to our preferences and suggested beds that would suit us. We were pleased with the choice available.

We were looking for a replacement bed and mattress in the Truro branch in Cornwall and we're assisted by Jamie who was very professional and gave us some very good information which helped us choose the right bed. Ordering was very simple and Jamie made this very painless with just a few questions, great customer service.

Initially we went to dreams and the service was shocking, no one was interested in talking to us. We then went to Bensons for beds and met Kevin who could have not been more helpful, he really understood what we wanted, even if we didn’t. We bought a new bed frame and mattress and are now looking forward to our delivery. Thank you so much Kevin

So..
I went out one Sunday morning to ‘Dunelm’ for a double bed mattress , and they didn’t have what I was looking for .
‘Bensons for beds’ was around the corner , so I took a look inside the shop expecting to be overwhelmed by over priced mattresses ..
I wondered in with the thought of not buying anything , but just to see and what a £3000 mattress feels like ..
However , I was greeted by a lively and charming chap ( Gavin I think ) and we discussed all the products in my budget .
After the first try of awkwardly sitting on a bed with my shoes on and rolling side to side , the chap ( Gavin I think) gave me confidence to try more beds and how they feel within my budget .
With this confidence , I tried a lot of mattresses , going around and around ..
the chap ( Gavin I think ) came to see if I was alright after 15 mins ,and actually confirmed my thought on the mattress I wanted with the thought that I could take it away today without delivery cost …
This was of a great importance to me as I was ready for a new mattress asap..
It was my Sunday goal .
I had confidence now , so I tried them all again for atleast another 30 mins .
Bouncing from bed to bed ,
Even venturing into ‘way above my budget’ territory.. but enjoying the experience non the less.
We discussed payment at the till , and it turns out I could have a load of pillows ,bed spray , bed repair stuff and a mattress protector to build my payment up to £750 to save myself 20%.
Very helpful, and a bargain I didn’t think of .

Looking for a sofa bed. Called in Bensons for beds just on the of chance they may have something we would like. On walking through the door were made welcome. Shown a number of options and given a demo. Found just what we wanted at a price lower than expected. Ordered and paid. Delivery arranged and date fixed. All clearly explained and executed. Bed delivered as arranged. Excellent communication via text and e mail. Delivered on time and with care. Thank you Ryan and Paul. Very pleased.

My wife and I brought a 150cm mattress silent night orthopedic firm

we have never brought such rubbish in our life the springs grind and has sagged in places we contacted Benson's for beds to be told to video the noise which we did they sent a guy out and apparently nothing is wrong??? We have just contacted them again as it is getting worse I sent 5 videos and this was still not enough evidence for the anyway they sent the same guy to check the mattress and woe and behold nothing is wrong , they give a 5 YEAR WARRANTY FOR THIS MATTRESS and it's not worth the paper it is printed on BENSONS FOR BEDS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED !!!
I just hope no one else gets conned by this company STAY AWAY FROM BENSONS FOR BEDS
