Bensons For Beds - Watford793 Opiniões

Very helpful.

Shiraz was very helpful and provided us with lots of information to allow us to make a comfortable choice on mattress type.

The service was excellent. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and got us an amazing deal. There are other bed shops in the same retail park and they couldn't match what was offered.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff in store nothing was too much trouble

The customer service from the team in Watford branch was excellent

Excellent knowledge and helpful. Kind and patient staff.

From the start we were wellcomed by Nadeem he let us know different options to suit me and came up with the ultimate solution I was very happy he was so patient after trying so many beds .

On our second visit to Watford store, representative 'Zain' was very helpful and patient with my wife and I, explored all options and we placed an order.
Awaiting delivery of mattress next week before being able to comment further.
The proof of the pudding will be in the product but so far, very satisfied with reception.

Third bed bought from Bensons for Beds! Excellent service and great discount. Knowledgeable salesman, very helpful and perfect customer service thank you!

We have taken our time with the decision around which bed and mattress to get and the bensons team have been helpful throughout the way helping us select the perfect combination for a good night sleep. They were very knowledgeable, happy to advise on all elements of the purchase and helped us with the best possible deal and finance options. They were very forthcoming, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We were very pleased with the service.

I am very happy with the mattress I have chose.
Very helpful staff would recommend.

We sere looking for a new mattress and the staff were well-informed and very helpful.

The store was laid out very neatly and clean with plenty of various beds on display and the staff was helpful and friendly. Ordering our bed was easy and everything was explained.

We visited the Watford store on 2nd January and received excellent service from a very knowledgeable and efficient salesman called Hassan.
We ordered a divan, mattress and headboard at the Boing Day Sale price with interest free credit, payable over 30 months.

The staff were excellent and very helpful with my purchase of the bed frame. The bed range is also very good, in fact better quality then some of their competitors

Staff was very helpful and gave good information.

Purchased a bed from the Watford store early September and told delivery in 6 weeks
6 weeks past before I got a delivery date a further 5 weeks down the line. A few days before delivery was due I was notified my bed and mattress will be delayed by a further 6 weeks meaning nearly 17 weeks wait provided it arrived. We have no bed or mattress due to re doing the entire bedroom ready for the new bed. So I have had to order from elsewhere costing me more money for less furniture I won’t ever use bensons ever again

Excellent customer service, expert knowledge, easy & effortless, Nadeem really looked after us thank you
