Great service
Our shopping experience was great; Nadeem was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We feel that he went above and beyond to ensure that we got a great deal and he understood our delivery requirements. If the bed/mattress is as good we’ll be very happy!

Excellent service and fast delivery
Nadeem at Watford branch was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We started looking for a bed at various retailers about a month before we needed to make the purchase. We’re not based in Watford but returned to Nadeem to buy on account of the options he provided us and the level of service we received. After purchase the updates/contact was phenomenal and the delivery team were fantastic. An all round great experience. And the product is just what we were promised. Definitely recommend.

I was listened to patiently. Even though I had to keep asking the sales rep the same questions several times he was very patient, ringing others to verify his answers to me. The sales rep was very polite. I am happy with the service I received.
