The man in wednesbury store Rob was so helpful made the whole process easy.

The text confirmation about delivery spot on called 30 mins before delivery and the delivery drivers were so good very respectful and helpful

I have purchased two beds this year and the staff at the Wednesbury store were fantastic. Me and my husband found choosing a mattress went smoothly with the help of the Sleep Pro assessment and advice from the store member. We are really pleased with our new beds and mattresses. Delivery was excellent, we were given a 2 hour timeslot and called 30 mins before delivery. Delivery guys were very respectful and professional. 5 star service *****

After being let down by another bed supplier, we were in the market for a new bed frame and mattress - ASAP! We found the quality offered at Bensons to be very high. Prices seemed reasonable and we were supported in our decision making by knowledgeable staff. In particular, Rob was great. He was attentive and patient with us. We really appreciated his transparency and willingness to help

Rob from the Wednesbury branch is a lovely guy. He wasn’t pushy and very patient and polite had a great laugh with him… he found out perfect mattress which is getting delivered in just 1 week.

The price for delivery and collect I find a little steep £110 for both… but other than that great experience but that would be down to there staff member Rob - great to have staff who make you feel at ease and no pressure !!!!!

We recently purchased a Simba mattress from Bensons for Beds and we are extremely happy with our experience.

The customer service in the store was excellent. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us choose the right mattress for our needs without any pressure.

The delivery service was also outstanding. Everything arrived on time, and the delivery team was professional and courteous.

We are very pleased with our new Simba mattress and with the entire purchasing process from start to finish. We would highly recommend Bensons for Beds for their excellent service and smooth delivery.

All I can say my bed is great I love it comfortable and I sleep good on it I love my journey my start to finish wonderful.

From the point of purchase, the staff that attended to me was friendly, explanatory and patient.
I called to change the order after 3days and they are so calm with no issues, was getting updates on my order every time, the assembling and delivery team was so nice and friendly.

Cant stop bragging aboug how amazing my seally bronte mattress is. Was more then I wanted to spend BUT the knowledge of the staff member showing us the beds. Helped us to make an educated decision as apposed to a guess.The edge that doesn't give way. You dont realise how important it is. I see it when I sit on a sofa and look for the same quality. Gives you stability at night and first thing in the morning. Hotel beds now seem rubbish to me

I bought a mattress last month and after a one week of sleeping there is big hole came into the mattress. Is this really bad experience i spent £450 for that.
