Didn't think buying a bed could be so enjoyable. Was welcomed into store straight away by Rob. Made to feel comfortable. No pressured sales pitch. An easy conversation. Everything was explained clearly. Came away feeling great. Very excited to receive my new bed and enjoy some quality sleep !!

Got greeted by Abu on entering the store and was told if we needed anything just to come and find him. Was left to look round at our own leisure and when we did need advice or questions answering Abu was on hand to assist.

Great in store...poor after service
Great in store, used 'sleep machine' for mattress & pillow recommendations. Delivery was on time and done well.
However, pillows are unsuitable for us, but they won't do anything as 'we recommend but up to the customer to buy' and because we have opened packaging and used-how do you know how good they are til you use them? £130 for the pillows wasted.

Smooth and effortless
Smooth and effortless. I was having issues online and went in store where I was quickly assisted. The whole process took less than 10 mins and I was kept updated on my order until delivery received.

Loved the choices of Beds and the price points.

Awful delivery service
The experience in the shop was great, and we placed the order that day. After agreeing to Finance and signing up, we then received emails that we had to pay the outstanding balance, or our order will be delayed - had to make an unnecessary phone call but all sorted. Then came the day of delivery and I had to take the mattress upstairs up with one of the delivery men (who was great) as the other refused and was trying to get me to sign a waiver which would make the guarantee null - mattress went up the stairs fine. From what was meant to be a day to look forward cause stressed.
