Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service during our in-store visit. I had to re-schedule the delivery twice, no problem at all. The delivery team of Michael and Chris were on time, called 45 mins before arrival and assembled the bed within 20 mins. The bed is excellent. I would definitely recommend Bensons.

Great experience. Inshore was great, very knowledgeable and helpful in everyday (shoutout to James at the York branch). Regularly kept informed of updates. Drivers called me before delivery to tell me they we 40 mins away and we're really friendly and helpful when they arrived. Overall, couldn't recommend more. We're so happy with our experience and our purchase. Got a tv bed and new mattress, safe to say the best night sleep ive had in a long time

New bed and mattress
I called in to my local Bensons for beds in November as I was considering purchasing a new divan bed and mattress. The staff were welcoming and gave me the time to try out a range of beds. When I finally made up my mind the staff offered me some advice before completing my order. They were very knowledgeable. The delivery was on time and bed assembled without issue. My old mattress was taken for recycling which is one of the reasons I chose this company. Would highly recommend.

We are very happy with the new mattress…
We are very happy with the new mattress bought at the time of "Black Friday" deals. The quality is good and is exactly what we were looking for.
Certainly not impressed to see that the same item at the start of 2026 in the sales is over £200 cheaper! This has left us feeling disappointed with our purchase.

Purchase of a replacement mattress.e had previously purchased a new bed…
We had previously purchased a new bed and mattress and were very happy with the help and advice given. Therefore when we needed a new mattress for the spare room, we had no hesitation in going to Bensons to purchase this. The young lady Emma was more than helpful and was very informative and would recommend her and Bensons to anyone wanting a new bed.

Amazing customer service
Angel was incredibly helpful in helping me and my partner get the right mattress and was endlessly patient as we went through the entire store and still couldn’t decide. There was fantastic choice and she gave perfect advice and made what could have been a very stressful process incredibly smooth and even enjoyable! Very excited for the mattress to be delivered and wonderful customer service.

Large selection of beds and the sales assistant that dealt with us was not pushy at all. He allowed us to try all the beds we looked at and offered his advice on the beds we were looking at. Great price as well as they had 25% off.

Helpful staff, not pushy sales people
From shop to home everything went smoothly, kept informed when mattresses would arrive, called to advise when they would be coming on the day, old mattresses taken away, which was a major bonus especially on Christmas Eve. Delivery drivers very quick an professional.
