Wrong tiles where delivered
Wrong tiles where delivered. They did get the new tiles sent out fairly quickly but now there is a 30 day return policy till I get my money back which I think is ridiculous seeing as we where not at fault. Everyone on the phone and email was perfectly pleasant but unfortunately it has delayed the project and in turn cost money.

The tiles are beautiful
I ordered a few of the monochrome style samples for my bathroom. The tiles appear to be of good quality and feel nice .
They arrived quickly and fully protected in the box.

Thanks for giving your feedback and apologies, for the issues with the sample delivery. I am not sure why DPD are removing the business name from the delivery address. I have picked this up with them directly and will track through to make sure your samples are re-delivered correctly.

Very nice tiles that look the part but a rubbish returns policy for any surplus boxes.

Upgraded the review after Bert and May agreed to refund the spare box of tiles and even organised for them to be collected.
