I was assisted in acquiring the right gloves for my medical conditions. The customer service operative was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable (Luc). The heated gloves were excellent quality. I feel the customer service I received was professional. I would highly recommend this company for excellent products and customer service.

I purchased the single heated goatskin ladies gloves and am delighted with them. They keep my fingers warm, though I had expected the gloves to get warmer than they do. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to have heating elements on both sides of the hand and fingers whilst still keeping the gloves slim outline, rather than the biker-style, which is not what a woman wants (unless she’s a biker).

Great heated socks which I have just used whilst skiing. Initially the buttons kept flashing but I think it was more me getting used to how to use them.

Quality of products are superb. Great build quality and design features show how much thought has gone into production. Warranty amazing and after sales customer service brilliant. Bertschat products are always worth buying.

Extremely pleasant experience. Excellent communication from the Bertschatz team regarding a product that was returned for review which was handled with great efficiency and polite communication . Although the product was no longer under guarantee, the supplier agreed that due to their confidence in the high quality and longevity of the product, a replacement was offered. Bought a pair of Bergschat heated pro which arrived quite quick, ok gloves, over priced imho assume that's for all the branding tags sewn into them, while they do heat up somewhat its not over the full back of hand so full heat required. one thing i find annoying is the light panels do not turn off in use adding to battery drain and you look like car tail lights at night as they are very bright.

Used the heated gloves for the first time last week and I am really impressed. I suffer from Raynauds and have struggled to find ski gloves which can keep my hands warm. Until now when at last I have skied without the problem of numb fingers. These gloves proved to be a perfect present

Bought these for skiing after the circulation in my hands took a nose dive a few years ago. First wearing this season, so here are my comments...
Very effective heating, it was a joy to finally have warm hands for winter sports. As I chose the dual heating version (to ensure my fingers are completely warmed) I bought the strong battery pack, as it does say on the product info that they use twice as much energy as the single heating so the batteries won't last as long. Even so, I had to keep them on the lowest setting to ensure the batteries lasted all day. It wasn't as cold in resort as usual so it's hard to say whether I would have needed a higher setting. If you're going to be out in really cold temps I would suggest buying an extra set of batteries to be sure, as even with a power bank to top up they did take a long time to re-charge.
BUT, even the slightest pressure on the gloves altered the heat setting and I had to be constantly on alert to ensure it hadn't accidentally switched to a higher setting. On those occasions it drained the batteries very quickly. It would be much better if there was a way of locking the selected temp to stop this happening.
That said, the quality of the gloves seems excellent and customer support was very responsive when I had questions before buying. I have quite large hands for a female but found that the small size fitted best.

The heated socks have been an absolute game changer for cycling in winter. I wish I had bought these years ago. Well worth the investment.

These gloves are the best i have had,if i have a tiny complaint it would be that the thumbs do not heat up.

I received a heated gillet as a gift. I'm a woodworker so spend a lot of time in a cold workshop and the gillet is a lifesaver. Is adjustable so it fits really well and not too bulky so doesn't impede my movement when I'm working.
The battery lasts for about 4 hrs on the top two heat settings. I find it's enough for my day as I don't need it on the whole time. You could easily have a second battery pack and switch out. I just charge mine in the evening for the next day.

Just had my first ski trip with my new Bertschat heated gloves. These gloves kept my hands warm all day and still had battery left coming off the slopes. Easy to order, arrived within days and performed as described.

Great service, I purchased heated gloves as a gift but I needed to exchange them for a larger size and the whole process was so quick and easy. The recipient was very pleased with the gloves.

I was a little bit sceptical before I purchased but this was totally unfounded when I started using my new cap. It is extremely well made and looks good, but most importantly, it does work. I was so impressed, I bought another in a different colour. Great job Bertchat 🤗🤗
