I placed bets on all Crazy Time segments (numbers 1, 2, 5, 10, Coin Flip, Cash Hunt, Pachinko, and Crazy Time) with 5 CHF each — total 40 CHF.

The winning segment was number 5, which I also bet on. However, the system deducted the 40 CHF but did NOT credit the winning amount, even though my bet on number 5 was active.

Additionally, I received an error message during the round (“Please contact Customer Support”), which indicates that there was a technical issue affecting the game. Because of this, the results of the round were not processed correctly.

Please review this round immediately and refund the missing winnings or the full 40 CHF.

Ich habe eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit dieser Plattform gemacht.
Während einer Live-Spielrunde ist ein klarer technischer Fehler aufgetreten:
Mein Einsatz wurde korrekt platziert, das Gewinnfeld wurde getroffen,
aber weder wurde mir der Gewinn gutgeschrieben noch wurde der Einsatz zurückerstattet.

Trotz eindeutiger Beweise (Screenshots und Fehlermeldungen) erhielt ich vom Support
nur ausweichende Antworten. Statt das technische Problem zu prüfen, wurde mir mehrfach
unterstellt, ich sei lediglich „frustriert nach einem Verlust“, was absolut nicht der Wahrheit entspricht.

Der VIP-Manager hat sogar versucht, über Telegram zu kommunizieren, was für eine seriöse
Plattform völlig inakzeptabel ist. Offizielle technische Berichte (Game Round Report)
wurden trotz mehrfacher Anfrage nicht bereitgestellt.

Für mich wirkt das Vorgehen alles andere als transparent oder professionell.
Bis jetzt wurde mein Fall nicht gelöst und kein Cent zurückerstattet.
