Hi Julie,
Thank you for your review!!
We’re sorry to hear that your experience has not met expectations, particularly in relation to your little one's swimming lessons.
We aim to deliver engaging, progressive sessions that build confidence and skills, so it’s disappointing to hear that they have felt repetitive and not enjoyable.
We also appreciate you sharing your perspective as a parent supporting a child with autism, and your comments about the pool space used and the quality of the lesson will be shared with the swim team for review.
Thank you again for your feedback!
Warm Regards,
Kaisha

Me and my friend go swimming at the Better Abbey Leisure complex in Cambridge usually once a week!
We always enjoy swimming there! But it wasn't very clear to use to begin with, that we had to pay for the hours we are in the pool! We honestly thought we pay and then spend as much time as we like!
But we appreciate how the staff handled that situation, even though the lifeguard should've been the one to tell us this over management! Everything is all clear to us on that now!

Hi William,
Thank you for sharing your feedback!
We're thrilled to hear that you and your friend are regularly attending swimming sessions at our Abbey Leisure Complex.
We're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced when you first started.
However, we're so happy that our staff handled the situation well and advised you on what to do when you return.
We will also share this with the wider team, as we understand that our lifeguard hadn't raised this with you at the time.
We're pleased that our booking policies are clear to you now, and we're always happy to answer any further queries.
Thank you again for sharing this with us, and we can't wait to see you again!
Warm Regards,
Kaisha

This company encourages socialising with other members within the same group whilst having a tea and or coffee after the lesson. Which I think is brilliant.

Hi John,
Thank you for your incredible review!
We're thrilled to hear that the Abbey Leisure Complex has been excellent in all aspects.
It's great to know how friendly the Centre staff have been when greeting you from the moment you arrived to your departure.
Thanks you again for our kind words!
Deeply disappointed
Due to complete lack of coherent communication from Better i had come to the un9keasant news that my children were no longer in the record for their swimming lessons. Furthermore and again due to complete lack of communication my younger child is still in the foundatt group at the age of 9 whilst being moved and attending Development group classes for the past 12 months or more.
To say that I am appalled is to say noth8ng. It should not be difficult to do the job one was hired and is bring paid for. The only reason why we still are either better is because my children have been with said establishment for several years now, one of them is Neurodivergent and requires stability.
