Could be better. My child is learning to swim and don’t see anything learning there. The kids are in the pool by themselves, just splashing water.

Good Afternoon Efe,
I appreciate your feedback and thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us.
We are deeply saddened to learn that your child is not showing progress in their weekly swimming lessons at the Abbey Leisure Complex. Our instructors undergo rigorous training to ensure that every child receives high-quality instruction, so it is disheartening to hear that your child has not been receiving the level of service we strive to provide. I will ensure to pass on your comments and concerns to the attention of the centre manager so they can look into the points you have raised and ensure the lessons provided are up to the standards we promise to provide to all our customers.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Charmaine

Good Morning Anwar,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are delighted to learn that your child is thoroughly enjoying their swimming lessons at the Abbey Leisure Complex. It brings us great joy to hear that the staff has been friendly and that the facilities are being well-maintained. We want to inform you that most of our leisure centers have designated spectator areas where parents can observe their children during their swimming lessons. We encourage you to speak to the staff during your child's next lesson to inquire about the process for observing your child during their lesson.
Kind regards,
Charmaine
